Refund Policies and Procedures – Refunds for Purchased Tickets will only be possible until Monday, September 7, 2009. The Mind and Life Institute will work together with Ticketmaster to refund the original cost of your ticket purchase, which will be credited to the same credit card used to purchase the ticket. We must charge a $75 fee ($50 for student tickets) due to the considerable time and expense in working with both purchasers and Ticketmaster to refund the price of a ticket. Please note that Ticketmaster will not refund any special fees or processing and shipping fees.
Here are the steps to obtain your ticket refund:
Mail the following three items to:

All the original documentation from Ticketmaster (emailed order confirmation, print documents, etc.)

The actual tickets if you have received them (NOTE: ticket purchasers from countries other than US and Canada do not receive mailed tickets, but will pick them up at the Will Call Box Office of Constitution Hall)

A personal check or money order in the amount of $75 payable to ‘Mind and Life Institute.’ Student ticketholders pay $50.
We will then forward all tickets and materials to Ticketmaster with our approval and request that they process a refund/credit to the credit card used for your ticket purchase. Ticketmaster will process refund credit within 3 weeks of request receipt.
